Institute for Matter and Systems
The Institute for Matter and Systems (IMS) at Georgia Tech operates the Southeast’s largest academic cleanroom, providing advanced facilities for electronics and nanotechnology. IMS offers a comprehensive suite of fabrication and characterization capabilities, supporting work that spans from fundamental research to prototype development.

SEI also supports the Georgia Tech Advanced Battery Center which houses core facilities dedicated to battery material synthesis, cell fabrication, and advanced battery testing.
